Booking directly with NSW TrainLink means that you will get the cheapest available fare for your selected class, you will be able to access online saver fares and there will be no hidden charges for your ticket.

If there are any changes to your train or coach service we will let you know using the contact details you have provided. And if you need to change or cancel your booking you can also do this directly with us up to 48 hours of your planned travel. We have simple instructions on how to change or cancel your booking and we outline all fees if changes and cancellation are made within 7 days of travel.
